Enforcement agents

The phone never stops, and the firm can barely say a word.

Cantya takes calls from debtors, creditors and third parties, notes the file number and the reason for the call, and discloses nothing about the case. Your officers serve notices instead of answering the phone.

No commitment, hosted in the EU. Up and running in about ten minutes.

"I got a letter from your firm this morning, I want to know how much I owe."

"I can't open case files, so I can't give you a figure. I'm noting your file number and your question, and the firm will call you back tomorrow morning."

"It's file 2026/4471."

Work out your real monthly cost

A ballpark figure to start from, not a measurement: adjust it to fit your business.

The Pro plan covers this volume: €179 a month, 1 500 minutes included.

It only takes 2 jobs won a month for the subscription to pay for itself.

When it rings out

Three moments you know by heart

01

A day of service

Your officers are out serving notices and the phone rings out. A creditor who reaches nobody tries the firm next door.

02

The morning after the notice

Somebody has opened their post. They call to understand, sometimes to dispute it, often outside office hours.

03

The call that is not for you

Some calls are not the firm's business. Each one still costs ten minutes of a receptionist's time before it is redirected.

Already set up

What Cantya already knows about your trade

This block is not a written promise: it is the configuration shipped with your trade, the one you find when your account opens. All of it can be changed.

Greeting as shipped

« [votre nom] enforcement agents, hello. How can I help you? »

Your business name takes the place of the bracket, and you rewrite the whole sentence if it does not sound like you.

Questions already known
Can I pay directly over the phone?
No, no payment is ever taken by phone. The firm will call you back with the accepted payment methods.
How much exactly do I owe?
I don't have access to case files. I'll note your case number and your request, and the firm will call you back with the full statement.

What it does at your place

On your calls, concretely

It knows who is calling, and why

Debtor, creditor, another firm, a third party: it asks straight away and notes the reason for the call. The callback goes to the right person, with the file already identified.

It says nothing about the file

No amount, no stage reached, no date. On any question of substance it answers that only the firm can say, and logs the request. That instruction is yours to read, word for word.

It answers when the post arrives

A notice gets read in the evening or on a Saturday, and that is when people call. Cantya answers in two rings at those hours, with nobody on call.

It takes the difficult call

Somebody who has just received a notice is not always calm. Cantya stays level, does not argue, and takes down the details and the reason for the call.

What it does not do

Better said now than discovered later.

  • It opens no file and discloses nothing from one: no amount owed, no stage reached, no deadline.
  • It grants no time to pay and makes no commitment on the firm's behalf.
  • Its outbound calls follow the script you wrote: it does not decide on its own who to call back, or what to say.
No detours

Three objections, met head on

« Confidentiality rules this kind of tool out. »

Cantya takes a name, a number and the reason for the call, which a receptionist already writes down. It opens no file, so it has nothing to disclose. The servers and the data stay in the European Union.

« A debtor on the phone needs a human touch. »

That is exactly why it handles nothing. It answers, listens, notes and passes the call on. The conversation stays with the firm, with the file already identified and the caller treated properly.

« My callers expect a real receptionist. »

What they expect above all is somebody picking up. Cantya answers in two rings, at noon as at eight in the evening, and your staff handle what actually needs judgement.

A rough guide

420 calls a month of about 3 minutes each make 1 260 minutes. Compare that with the plans above.

This is not a measured average, only a starting point to place yourself.

Your questions

No, and that is deliberate. It opens no file. On a question of amount, it logs the request and the firm calls back with the figures.

The next call gets answered.
